Deployment Operations Manager
About The Position
Anduril Industries is a defense technology company focused on transforming military capabilities with advanced technology. The Deployments Team manages the coordination and execution of fielding Anduril’s hardware and software products globally. This role involves overseeing forward logistics, site installation, maintenance, field inventory management, sustainment, and reverse logistics to ensure customer and mission success. We are seeking a Deployment Operations Manager to manage the processes and execution of deploying Anduril’s people and hardware worldwide. This individual will oversee all deployments within a specific business line, partnering with Growth, Engineering, and Technical Operations leads to ensure timely deployment of resources for mission success. The ideal candidate is an operations leader who thrives in high-growth, high-stakes environments, possesses strong problem-solving skills, can work seamlessly across teams, prioritizes effectively, and has a keen eye for detail and accountability. This role offers a direct impact on mission success, operational efficiency, and global expansion, with opportunities to lead a team, build relationships, and support critical missions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in operations, logistics, supply chain, or project management, with a focus on international operations.
- A background in balancing concurrent complex projects or tasks.
- A relentless mindset to identify, pursue, and engage the right stakeholders - cutting through ambiguity and organizational silos to ensure the mission gets done.
- Strong leadership skills, including organizing, planning, scheduling, and balancing personnel workloads to meet rigorous deadlines and milestones.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, presentation, and interpersonal skills to enable an effective interface with other departments, all levels of management, customers, and government representatives.
- Proven ability to problem-solve and remove obstacles for your teams; willing to roll up your sleeves and tackle any challenge.
- Customer-focused mindset with a track record of delivering high-quality results in fast-paced or ambiguous environments.
- Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate cross-functionally across Anduril and develop strong working relationships with the Growth and Technical Operations leads to ensure the successful execution of all deployments.
- Own and flawlessly execute the Deployment Operations lifecycle of all deployments for a specific Business Line.
- Communicate effectively to keep internal and external teams informed at all times, using tools like JIRA, NetSuite, Slack, email, and meetings.
- Create structured plans for each deployment to ensure people and hardware are in the right place at the right time.
- Problem-solve and remove obstacles for the team and internal and external partners by thinking critically and engaging the right teams.
- Act as a dedicated team player, willing to take on any task to contribute to the overall success of the team.
- Drive for continuous improvement and look for ways to improve Anduril’s Deployment Operations processes and ease the burden on internal customers.
- Guide a team of Operations & Logistics Associates assigned to your Business Line through all deployment coordination and operations, mentoring and developing individuals while ensuring mission success.
