Deployment Operations Associate (Field Operations)

What You'll Do Schedule and coordinate field service with customers and our internal field service team to address any post-installation needs Proactively communicate with customers to ensure they are informed throughout the post-installation process Own and manage incoming requests from multiple internal departments, prioritizing them based on urgency and impact Schedule and coordinate field service activities with members and our internal field service team to address any post-installation needs Track progress and on field service activities and proactively flag anything that could cause delays Monitor and analyze field service resolution times to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of inspection schedules, field service activities, and PTO status Identify and implement process improvements to streamline the post-installation workflow Field Operations is Base Power’s boots on the ground, acting as the driving force behind our physical footprint and real-world execution. This team sits at the intersection of logistics, fleet management, and local vendors, ensuring our physical assets are exactly where they need to be, when they need to be there. Beyond managing daily logistics, the team plays a key role in optimizing asset utilization, managing operational costs, and scaling our regional supply chains. Their work directly impacts vehicle uptime, maintenance efficiency, and the overall reliability of our network - making them a critical driver of our growth. This is a team built for people who enjoy fast-paced problem solving, process optimization, and developing a deep understanding of what it takes to run a high-performing, asset-heavy operation. Your role may expand or change based on the needs of the business at any given time, so the responsibilities listed may not be exhaustive.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in project coordination within the construction, solar, EV charger, battery, roofing, or similar field
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to proactively address potential roadblocks
- Ability to track and analyze data to identify trends and improve processes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on clear and professional customer interactions.
- Experience scheduling and coordinating with external stakeholders (e.g., inspectors, utility representatives)
- Proficiency in managing documentation and utilizing online portals
