About The Position

The Deployment Intern is part of The Resource Group’s Solution Support department. The Resource Group is an end-to-end supply chain partner to healthcare organizations across the United States and is wholly owned by Ascension. The internship supports implementation workstreams and project activities through coordination, research, analytics, and project deliverables. The role contributes to data-driven recommendations and operational improvement initiatives, works collaboratively with project teams and participants, and helps document project learnings. The Summer 2027 program begins May 17, 2027. The position is remote with travel and is scheduled for a day shift.

Requirements

• High school diploma equivalency or enrollment in an accredited program specific to the discipline.

Nice To Haves

• College junior year or above; examples include Supply Chain, Operations, or Business.

Responsibilities

• Support implementation workstreams and project activities through project coordination, research, and deliverables.
• Analyze non-labor expense reduction opportunities and develop analytics supporting data-driven recommendations and measurement of operational improvement initiatives.
• Prepare clear, concise, and accurate presentations, reports, and other project deliverables, and provide timely updates to project teams and stakeholders.
• Build collaborative relationships with participants and project teams to support implementation efforts.
• Document project learnings and contribute to the organization's internal knowledge base.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, tools, and workflows, contributing ideas that support continuous improvement and organizational priorities.
• Develop and use support tools with Excel, SQL, Tableau, and other technologies for implementation activities, performance tracking, and reporting.
