The Senior Contractor Support to Capability Development for Deployable Communications and Information Systems (DCIS) Program Manager serves as a key program management resource supporting the DCIS Program Director in the planning, execution, and continuous improvement of DCIS capability development efforts across the NATO C3 Enterprise. This role is responsible for maintaining situational awareness over program and project changes, capturing and logging issues, managing the program risk log, and conducting periodic risk assessments to proactively identify and mitigate threats to program success. The position also plays a critical role in supporting the Bi-Strategic Commands by capturing and interpreting Operational Lessons Identified from exercises and operations, ensuring that Capability Package Proposals remain coherent with broader NATO CIS capability delivery. Applying recognized methodologies such as MSP, PRINCE2, or PMI, the incumbent conducts quality reviews and audits, reconciles financial and reporting databases, and communicates timely, well-analyzed information to stakeholders, while collaborating closely with fellow DCIS contractors and undertaking periodic travel (up to 30 days annually) to support meetings and conferences essential to program success.
