About The Position

As a Senior Mission Systems Operator (MSO)/Airborne Commander (AMC), you will be using your skills and expertise to support overseas operational missions using Operational Risk Management (ORM) and Crew Resource Management (CRM) principles. You'll be responsible for operating airborne sensor equipment, primarily RADAR and MX-15 technologies, to acquire, track, and monitor airborne, ground, and/or maritime objects of interest in routine and dynamic target area searches and performing pre-flight, inflight, and post-flight duties. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field of study and typically 10 or more years of relevant experience
  • Advanced experience with Crew Resource Management (CRM) and Airmanship
  • 1000 hours of flight time in fixed wing aircraft
  • Knowledge of ARC-231, PRC-167, Small Secure Datalink (SSDL) radio functionality
  • Experience with the practical application of RADAR Theory and MX15HDi camera technology
  • Current FAA Class II physical
  • Current/ valid passport and be able to obtain a visa to travel internationally
  • Successfully pass a pre-deployment medical assessment
  • Ability to deploy for an approximate 60/30 rotation
  • An active Secret U.S. Security Clearance is required
  • U.S. Citizenship status is required as this position needs an active U.S. Security Clearance for employment.

Nice To Haves

  • Maritime experience
  • Background in the Aerospace and Defense Industry, the US Department of Defense or US Military
  • Experience with Windows 10 Falcon View or Force Map technology
  • Prior experience as a CRM/ORM Instructor
