About The Position
The Departmental Specialist functions as a professional specialist responsible for Performance Improvement programs at Southeast Michigan Psychiatric Hospital (SMPH). The specialist coordinates and maintains an effective Performance Improvement Program for SMPH. Newly hired staff complete orientation at Southeast Michigan Psychiatric Hospital in Northville, Michigan. After orientation, they may report to and work at Walter Reuther Psychiatric Hospital in Westland, Michigan. All staff and operations will move to Southeast Michigan Psychiatric Hospital in October. Employment is contingent on successful completion of a background investigation and criminal record check. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any major.
- Four years of professional experience, including two years equivalent to the experienced (P11) level or one year equivalent to the advanced (12) level.
