The City Income Tax Bureau within the Michigan Department of Treasury is seeking a dynamic leader to oversee Bureau-wide quality assurance, training and procedural activities. Primary responsibilities of the section include: Ensuring the release of consistent, accurate tax information to the public from telephone inquiries and correspondence. Working closely with other divisions within Treasury. Identification and coordination of training needs for 50+ dedicated staff, and direct oversight and leadership for multiple Supervisor and Analyst/Technician experts.
