The Cleveland Clinic team at Weston Hospital is looking to add a Department Supervisor II to the team who will oversee outpatient registration and admitting. This role will mainly support the lab, imaging, surgery, and the Emergency Department. You will supervise the department’s technical and administrative functions as well as implement goals and collaborate with other caregivers to achieve them. It will be your goal to ensure the team has the support they need to meet the OKRs for patient registration, safety, and experience along with compliance. A caregiver with strong communication and leadership skills, emotional intelligence, and experience with conflict management will excel in this role. Exceptional care is a team effort — both at the bedside and in the office. A caregiver in this position works Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm. Availability to virtually support teams on Saturdays will be required, as needed.

Requirements

Associate’s Degree
Extensive customer service experience
Call center management experience
Three years of supervisory experience.
Knowledge of supervision, training, development and public relations practices

Healthcare experience in a large organization

Responsibilities

Supervise the technical and administrative functions.
