This advanced building brings every stage of care under one roof, featuring dedicated spaces for outpatient services, surgery, stepdown, ICU and epilepsy monitoring, as well as additional operating rooms and expanded ambulatory, infusion, imaging, EMG, sleep and rehabilitation services. We are welcoming new caregivers to collaborate within our multidisciplinary teams and contribute to nationally recognized, innovative neurological care. As Department Supervisor II – Surgical Support Services, you will supervise caregivers, acting as a technical resource for the team and goal implementation. Your focus will be on creating a cohesive, collaborative, and strong workplace environment where every caregiver can excel in their roles while providing the best patient care possible. You will identify improvement opportunities, monitor progress, offer training as needed, and seek ways to enhance the department. A caregiver in this position works evenings from of 2:00 p.m. – 10:30 p.m. with rotating weekends and holiday requirements.

Requirements

  • Associate’s Degree and two years of related supervisory experience OR High School Diploma/GED and four years of experience
  • Knowledge of supervision, training, development and public relations practices
  • Available 24/7 through an issues pager or cell phone
