You'll be embedded in our Workers' Compensation team, learning the rhythm of a busy legal department while taking on real responsibility from day one. Over time, your role will grow to include: Coordinating calendars, deadlines, scheduling, and logistics across cases and departments Communicating with attorneys, legal assistants, clients, opposing counsel, and third-party vendors Tracking case-related deadlines and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks Organizing and maintaining records, notices, documentation, and correspondence Processing and routing invoices and administrative paperwork Supporting and eventually mentoring fellow team members as you develop expertise Collaborating with department leadership on process improvements and special projects We care far more about who you are than what's on your resume.
