You'll be embedded in our Workers' Compensation team, learning the rhythm of a busy legal department while taking on real responsibility from day one. Over time, your role will grow to include coordinating calendars, deadlines, scheduling, and logistics across cases and departments. You will communicate with attorneys, legal assistants, clients, opposing counsel, and third-party vendors, tracking case-related deadlines and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks. You will also be responsible for organizing and maintaining records, notices, documentation, and correspondence, as well as processing and routing invoices and administrative paperwork. Additionally, you will support and eventually mentor fellow team members as you develop expertise and collaborate with department leadership on process improvements and special projects. We care far more about who you are than what's on your resume. The best candidates for this role are highly organized, fast learners, proactive communicators, hungry for growth, composed under pressure, and genuinely hardworking.
