Front line customer service representative for Wheeler Heart Center. Responsible for answering telephones, relaying significant communications, entering and reconciling charges, ordering office supplies, and transcribing dictation.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Competent in use of Personal Computer utilizing Word, Excel, etc.
- Ability to prioritize tasks
- Possess positive customer service skills
- Tolerance for working in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
- No prior experience required
