Requirements

• Must apply through the NEOGOV system.
• Must be available to work any of the specified days/hours: Branch Operations Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. Wednesday: 8:30 a.m. - 8:00 p.m.
• Educational level typically acquired through completion of high school.
• For E8 Level: Two years of experience equivalent to a Department of State Aide, including one year equivalent to a Department State Aide 7.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug test.
• Must pass a criminal background check.
• Must be a United States Citizen.
• Must pass a thorough background investigation.
• Must provide proof of U.S. Citizenship.
• Current legal name and date of birth on citizenship and identity documents must match.
• If current legal name differs from birth certificate name, must show legal proof of name change.
• Must provide photo identification.

Nice To Haves

• For 6 Level: No specific type or amount of experience is required.
• For 7 Level: One year of experience equivalent to a Department of State Aide 6.
