About The Position
As a Department Manager at Von Maur, you represent the company and help drive retail growth by building and maintaining relationships, optimizing merchandising, and developing associates to provide top-tier customer experiences. You must be available to work a rotation of day, evening, and weekend shifts.

- Provide associates with feedback on service, selling, and account statistics.
- Develop and implement solutions to address customer problems and department needs.
