About The Position
Schnucks is seeking individuals for multiple assistant department manager opportunities, including Deli Manager, Seafood Manager, Center Store Manager, Bakery Manager, Produce Manager, Customer Service Manager, and Floral Manager. All positions are customer-focused, and the company is looking for teammates who will provide friendly and courteous service. The role involves ensuring customer satisfaction, acting with integrity, and maintaining confidentiality. Teammates will be responsible for managing department standards, stocking and rotating products, and following opening and closing procedures. A key aspect of the role is the ability to coach, develop, and inspire others, fostering strong relationships.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older to apply
- Regular, reliable attendance is an essential function of the job
- Internal candidates (Store/Facility Teammates): minimum of six months employment with Schnucks preferred
- Internal candidates (Store Support Center Teammates): minimum of one year employment with Schnucks preferred
- Must be in good standing (not on a performance improvement plan or active discipline)
- If invited for an interview, must have manager approval based on performance

Responsibilities
