About The Position

This role will provide assistance to attorneys, paralegals, and legal assistants, including organizing electronic files; typing, printing, photocopying, preparing forms, and other paperwork; creating notebooks; scheduling and calendaring meetings using Outlook; inputting data into contacts; creating letters and other documents in Word; and other administrative tasks as assigned. This is a fully in office position.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of applicable administrative assistant, general office, or other transferable experience
