About The Position

Arden Family Dentistry is seeking an Associate Dentist for its established Asheville-area practice. The role is suited to a dentist passionate about comprehensive dentistry, strong patient and team relationships, and future practice ownership. The dentist will have the opportunity to grow clinically, receive mentorship from an experienced owner-dentist, and build toward partnership and ownership. The practice reports earning potential of $250,000–$350,000, with long-term upside, and approximately 100 new patients per month. The position offers full clinical autonomy and work with an experienced clinical and administrative team.

• Active or eligible North Carolina dental license.
