About The Position

360care is seeking a General Dentist to provide dental care to residents of skilled nursing and long-term care facilities, with an emphasis on geriatric and underserved communities. The role is offered as a 1099 independent contractor position, with compensation and a flexible schedule based on the dentist’s availability. No evenings or weekends are required.

The dentist provides comprehensive preventive dentistry, removable prosthodontic care, and oral surgery, while making clinical decisions and documenting procedures and treatment in the company’s EMR system. The dentist works with a Dental Assistant and Dental Hygienist and follows established standards, protocols, and practices.

360care provides a trained Dental Assistant, portable dental equipment and supplies, scheduling and billing, office and care-coordination support, and field support and mentorship from a Clinical Director.

Requirements

• Hold a DDS or DMD degree and be in good standing.

• Excellent attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Travel to skilled nursing and long-term care facilities.
• Provide comprehensive dental care, including preventive dentistry, removable prosthodontics, and oral surgery.
• Document procedures and treatment using the EMR system.
• Follow established standards, protocols, and practices.
• Supervise the Dental Assistant and Dental Hygienist and work as a team.
