About The Position
Dental Dreams is a dentist-owned practice founded and operated by its original founding dentist. The organization has been in practice for over 20 years and focuses on making decisions in the best interests of patients. It hires dentists for modern, top-quality dental facilities and provides mentorship and training to support their development. The practice provides general dentistry and serves all members of its communities, with a focus on helping underserved populations. Dentists have complete autonomy over treatment planning, a full patient schedule, and discretion over dental supplies and instruments. The office is fully digital and paperless. Compensation includes a permanent daily minimum guarantee, a sign-on bonus of up to $50,000, and average practice compensation ranging from $275,000 to $315,000 or more.
Requirements
- A current or future dental license is required.
- DDS or DMD in Dentistry from an accredited U.S. dental program.
Responsibilities
- Provide general dentistry services and treat patients’ dental problems.
- Develop treatment plans with complete clinical autonomy.
- Serve patients in the communities Dental Dreams supports, including underserved populations.
