About The Position
Dental Dreams is a dentist-owned practice operated by its original founding dentist and has been serving patients for more than 20 years. The practice provides general dentistry in modern, top-quality facilities and emphasizes care for all members of the communities it serves, including underserved populations. Dentists have complete autonomy over treatment planning, a full patient schedule, and discretion over dental supplies and instruments. The practice offers mentorship and training from experienced clinicians and operates fully digital, paperless offices. Compensation includes a permanent daily minimum guarantee, an average compensation range of $275,000–$315,000+, and a sign-on bonus of up to $50,000. Benefits include paid vacation, continuing education, malpractice reimbursement, visa and permanent residency sponsorship, health and vision insurance, and dental coverage for associates and their immediate family members.
Requirements
- A current or future dental license is required.
- DDS or DMD in Dentistry from an accredited U.S. dental program.
Responsibilities
- Provide general dentistry and treat patients’ dental problems.
- Plan patient treatment with complete clinical autonomy.
- Deliver care to community members, including underserved populations.
