About The Position
Dental Dreams is hiring dentists for its Columbia, Greenville, and Rock Hill dental offices. The dentist-owned organization has been in practice for over 20 years and focuses on providing high-quality dentistry to the communities it serves, including underserved populations. Dentists perform general dentistry across a range of dental needs and receive mentorship and training. The position offers complete autonomy over treatment planning, a full patient schedule, and a fully digital, paperless office. Dentists have discretion over dental supplies and instruments and are supported by experienced clinicians. Compensation includes a permanent daily minimum guarantee of $50,000, a sign-on bonus, and an offer of 35% of production. The posting states that average compensation for full-time dentists ranges from $290,000 to $350,000 or more.
Requirements
- A current or future dental license is required.
- DDS or DMD in Dentistry from an accredited U.S. dental program.
Responsibilities
