About The Position

We are currently seeking a skilled and passionate Dentist to join a reputable dental practice in Roanoke, VA. This is a full-time, permanent position with a competitive salary and benefits package. The practice is a 5 operatory FFS/PPO practice, staffed with an EFDA, Hygienists, and Dental Assistants. Full scope of dentistry is needed including implant placement. The working hours are Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm. A sign-on bonus is offered.

Requirements

Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school
Active dental license in the state of Virginia
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a practicing dentist
Strong clinical skills and knowledge of dental procedures and techniques
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work well in a team environment
Commitment to providing high-quality patient care

Responsibilities

Perform routine dental procedures such as cleanings, fillings, extractions, and root canals
Diagnose and treat oral diseases and injuries
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and preventative care
Collaborate with the dental team to create treatment plans for patients
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
Adhere to all safety and infection control procedures
Stay up-to-date with advancements in the dental field through continuing education and training
