About The Position

LRH Dentistry (WSLR) is seeking a General Dentist to join an established, family-oriented practice focused on clinical excellence, collaboration, and patient trust. The practice has more than 7,000 active patients, a steady flow of new patients, and a full clinical schedule. The dentist will be supported by an experienced team and modern digital technology, including iTero scanners and 3D imaging, with clinical autonomy and opportunities for mentorship and professional development. The role offers a Doctor Development Plan and a path to partnership with no upfront cost. The schedule is Monday through Thursday, 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The position is available full-time or part-time. Expected earnings are $250,000–$350,000, with unlimited earning potential based on collections. The practice accepts PPO and fee-for-service patients and does not accept Medicaid.

Requirements

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental program.
• Active state dental license and DEA license.
• Competency in comprehensive dentistry, including restorative procedures, simple and surgical extractions, crown and bridge, and root canals.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative spirit.
• Commitment to delivering an exceptional patient experience.

Nice To Haves

• Implant placement experience is a plus, but not required.
