About The Position
Dental Dreams is owned and operated by its founding dentist and has been in practice for over 20 years. The practice focuses on providing high-quality dentistry to the communities it serves, including underserved populations. Dentists perform all areas of general dentistry and have autonomy over treatment planning, with mentorship and training from experienced clinicians. The practice offers a full patient schedule in a fully digital, paperless office, with discretion over dental supplies and instruments. Compensation includes a permanent daily minimum guarantee, a sign-on bonus of up to $50,000, and average compensation ranging from $275,000 to $315,000 or more. Benefits include paid vacation, continuing education, malpractice reimbursement, visa and permanent residency sponsorship, health and vision insurance, and dental coverage for associates and their immediate family members.
Requirements
- A current or future dental license is required.
- DDS or DMD in Dentistry from an accredited US dental program.
Responsibilities
- Perform all avenues of general dentistry and treat patients’ dental problems.
- Develop treatment plans with complete clinical autonomy.
- Provide high-quality dental care to communities served, including underserved populations.
