About The Position

Arlington Dental Aesthetics is seeking a full-time General Dentist to join its established, family-oriented practice. The practice emphasizes clinical excellence, team collaboration, patient trust, and an exceptional patient experience. It offers a strong new-patient flow, a full clinical schedule, a PPO and fee-for-service patient base with no Medicaid, modern digital technology, and clinical autonomy supported by experienced leadership.

The position is scheduled Monday through Thursday, with expected yearly earnings of $300,000 or more and unlimited earning potential based on collections. The practice offers mentorship, a Doctor Development Plan, and a path to partnership. Support for the dentist includes case reviews with peers and mentors, clinical and leadership development resources, and a dedicated team for administration, billing, and scheduling.

Requirements

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental program.
• Active state dental license and DEA license.
• Competency in comprehensive dentistry, including restorative procedures, simple and surgical extractions, crown and bridge, and root canals.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative spirit.
• Commitment to delivering an exceptional patient experience.
