About The Position

360care is seeking a General Dentist to provide dental care to residents of skilled nursing and long-term care facilities, with a focus on geriatric and underserved communities. The role offers flexible scheduling based on the dentist’s availability, no evenings or weekends, and compensation as a 1099 independent contractor. Dentists make their own clinical decisions while 360care provides logistics, equipment, administrative, scheduling, billing, care coordination, and IT support. A trained Dental Assistant is provided, and the role includes field support and mentorship from the Clinical Director.

Requirements

• DDS or DMD degree and good standing.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to connect with geriatric patients with empathy and compassion.
• Excellent attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Travel to skilled nursing and long-term care facilities.
• Provide comprehensive dental care, including preventive dentistry, removable prosthodontics, and oral surgery.
• Document procedures and treatment using the EMR system.
• Follow established standards, protocols, and practices.
• Supervise the Dental Assistant and Dental Hygienist and work as a team.
