About The Position
Green Valley Smile Care is seeking an experienced, motivated dentist to join its established PPO/Fee-for-Service practice in Henderson, Nevada. The role offers an immediate equity partnership opportunity for the right candidate and a potential path to practice ownership. The practice has an established patient base, modern technology, a fully digital workflow with iTero, and an experienced team that includes multiple hygienists. MB2 Dental provides operational support while preserving doctor-led decision-making, allowing the dentist to focus on patient care while building long-term equity and wealth. The position offers a four-day work week, clinical autonomy, leadership opportunities, and annual earning potential of $375,000 or more.
Requirements
- DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school.
- Active Nevada dental license or ability to obtain one.
- At least 2–3 years of clinical experience.
- Commitment to comprehensive, patient-focused care.
- Interest in leadership, growth, and practice ownership.
