About The Position

Great Expressions Dental Centers is hiring a General Dentist for an established practice in St. Augustine, Florida. The role offers strong patient flow, modern technology, predictable income, and clinical autonomy, allowing the dentist to lead diagnosis, treatment planning, and patient care. The practice is backed by more than 40 years of operational experience.

This is a full-time position scheduled five days per week. Compensation includes a daily guarantee and tiered percentage of production, with performance-based increases. The stated annual earning potential is $200,000–$350,000+. The practice has six operatories, digital systems, Itero digital scanning, Panorex imaging with VideaAI technology, and clinical resources including the Henry Schein formulary, Perio Protect Therapy, and Curodont.

The dentist will work with a supportive team that includes a full-time General Dentist, office manager, hygienists, assistants, and care coordinators. The position includes clinical mentorship and continuing education, a dynamic CE program, personalized clinical development, and an annual $2,000 professional development and wellness fund.
