About The Position
Gentle Dental is seeking an experienced full-time General Dentist to join its Arizona team. The role offers clinical autonomy to make patient-centered treatment decisions, an established predominantly PPO patient base, experienced clinical teams, in-house specialty support, and comprehensive practice management resources. The practice is a comprehensive dental office with percentage-of-production compensation and no production targets. Annual earning potential is $205,000–$400,000. The schedule is Monday through Friday at the Gentle Dental location at 5720 W. Baseline Road, Suite 130, Laveen, AZ 85339.
Requirements
- DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school.
- Current Arizona dental license or ability to obtain one prior to employment.
- Current or ability to obtain required credentials and certifications, including CPR, DEA, and NPI.
- Strong communication and treatment-planning skills.
- Commitment to exceptional, patient-centered care.

- Three or more years of clinical experience preferred.
