Dental Dreams is seeking full-time General Dentists for immediate opportunities. Founded and led by dentists for over 20 years, Dental Dreams is not owned by private equity, ensuring all decisions prioritize doctor support and exceptional patient care. We offer a comprehensive clinical experience with a wide variety of general dentistry cases, mentorship from experienced clinicians, and the chance to make a meaningful impact by expanding access to quality dental care. Our practices are modern, fully digital, and equipped with the latest technology. We provide a permanent daily minimum guarantee, a sign-on bonus of up to $50,000, and average full-time earnings ranging from $290,000 to $350,000+. We offer complete autonomy over treatment planning, a full patient schedule from the start, and the freedom to select supplies and instruments, all supported by strong clinical and administrative teams. Visa and permanent residency sponsorship are available.
Requirements
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree.
- License to practice dentistry in the relevant state.
- Ability to treat a wide variety of general dentistry cases.
- Willingness to work in modern, fully digital practices.
- Desire to make a meaningful impact by expanding access to quality dental care.
