Associate Dentist Opportunity | Hungry, Coachable & Ready to Grow Dental Care of Waldorf is seeking a full-time Associate Dentist to join our high-volume PPO/FFS practice in Waldorf, MD. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated clinician eager to expand their skills, build lasting patient relationships, and provide comprehensive care in a growth-focused environment. The ideal candidate either has experience with, or is eager to develop their skills in, molar endodontics, implants, third molar extractions, and other advanced procedures. Led by Dr. Creigh Crandall, a former Air Force dentist with a passion for mentorship and advanced dentistry, our practice offers a broad scope of treatment beyond traditional bread-and-butter dentistry. Whether you're a recent graduate or an early-career dentist, you'll have the support, patient demand, and clinical opportunities needed to grow with confidence.

Requirements

• DDS or DMD from an accredited US Dental School
• Active Maryland Dental License or in the process of obtaining one
• Positive, growth-oriented mindset
• Strong work ethic and patient-first approach

• Experience with molar endodontics, implants, third molar extractions, and other advanced procedures.
• Recent graduate or early-career dentist.
