About The Position
A well-established, modern general dental practice in North Carolina is hiring a full-time Associate Dentist to provide comprehensive care to children and young adults through age 20. The practice operates in a newly updated, state-of-the-art facility and has an established patient base, multiple dentists, and experienced auxiliary staff. The office manages business operations so the dentist can focus on clinical care. Compensation is production-based, and the schedule is four to five days per week, with no administrative work to take home. Requirements
- Active North Carolina dental license.
- DDS or DMD from an accredited program.
- Strong clinical competencies and communication skills.
- Ability to manage a busy patient schedule efficiently in a fast-paced practice.
- Warm, friendly bedside manner and commitment to compassionate, high-quality care.
- Positive attitude, adaptability, willingness to learn, and ability to collaborate in a team-oriented setting.
- Experience in general dentistry.
Nice To Haves
- Pediatric dental experience is preferred but not required; the practice will train the right candidate.
- Open to experienced providers and new graduates.
Responsibilities
- Provide routine examinations, restorative treatments, and hygiene checks for pediatric and young adult patients.
- Review medical histories and clearly explain treatment plans to patients and their guardians.
- Maintain precise, up-to-date patient chart notes and digital records.
- Collaborate with fellow dentists and clinical staff to provide a seamless, high-quality patient experience.
