About The Position

PsyPhyCare, a division of Business Staffing of America, Inc., is seeking to contract with a Licensed Dentist or qualified Dental Services Provider to deliver comprehensive dental services for the Virgin Islands National Guard in Kingshill, Virgin Islands 00850 . Our client operates a military readiness program focused on ensuring Service Members meet deployability standards and maintain optimal health. The mission is to enhance individual Soldier readiness, strengthen unit effectiveness, and support overall operational capability in alignment with Department of Defense and Department of the Army standards. This role provides direct dental care services to Service Members and collaborates with military leadership in a structured, mission-driven environment. This is a contract position with flexible scheduling based on needs. Schedule: Monday–Friday Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM No weekends required Location: On-site in Kingshill, VI (no telehealth or remote option) Services will be delivered in coordination with the Virgin Islands Army National Guard (VIARNG), with scheduling flexibility to meet operational readiness requirements.

Requirements

• Candidates must hold an active, unrestricted license as a Dentist.
• Experience providing general dental services, including diagnosis and treatment planning
• Ability to work within structured treatment protocols and coordinated care environments

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience supporting military or government healthcare programs is preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Performing initial comprehensive dental evaluations prior to treatment
• Providing treatment for previously identified deployment-limiting dental conditions
• Ensuring all care aligns with pre-approved treatment plans established by military dental exams
• Coordinating with VIARNG leadership (Deputy State Surgeon, State Surgeon, or State Dental Officer) for approval of any treatment or cost modifications
• Delivering preventive, diagnostic, and corrective dental services
• Maintaining accurate documentation and providing updates to designated military personnel
• Supporting the maintenance of complete and current dental health records
• Collaborating with military staff to ensure continuity of care and readiness compliance
• Adhering to all military, professional, and ethical standards
