About The Position

The Kleane Kare Team, Inc. (KKT) is seeking an experienced HVAC Technician to support operations and maintenance services at federally owned and operated courthouse facilities in Tulsa and Muskogee, Oklahoma. The HVAC Technician will be responsible for the inspection, maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and operation of commercial HVAC/R systems while ensuring compliance with federal, safety, and contractual standards. This position is ideal for a dependable and safety-focused technician with strong commercial HVAC experience, troubleshooting skills, and experience working in secure or government environments.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required
Minimum of 5 years of commercial HVAC experience
EPA Universal Certification required
Valid driver's license required
Ability to pass federal background investigation (HSPD-12 compliant)

Nice To Haves

Technical HVAC certification preferred
OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification preferred
Experience working in federal facilities or under government contracts strongly preferred

Responsibilities

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on commercial HVAC/R systems
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair HVAC equipment and system issues
Service and maintain: Air handlers, Chillers, Boilers, VAV systems, Heat pumps, Rooftop units
Monitor and adjust Building Automation Systems (BAS)
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
Maintain service logs, maintenance records, and equipment documentation
Ensure systems meet federal energy efficiency and indoor air quality standards
Respond to routine and emergency HVAC service calls
Support energy conservation initiatives and operational efficiency efforts
Follow OSHA safety standards and PPE requirements at all times
