About The Position

360care is seeking a General Dentist to provide dental care to residents of skilled nursing and long-term care facilities, with a focus on geriatric and underserved communities. The position is offered as a 1099 independent contractor role with flexible scheduling based on the dentist’s availability and no evening or weekend work. The dentist makes clinical decisions and provides care, while 360care supplies equipment, administrative and logistics support, scheduling and billing services, care coordination, and field mentorship.

Requirements

• DDS or DMD in good standing.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to connect with geriatric patients with empathy and compassion.
• Excellent attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Travel to skilled nursing and long-term care facilities.
• Provide comprehensive preventive dentistry, removable prosthodontic care, and oral surgery.
• Document procedures and treatment in the EMR system.
• Follow established standards, protocols, and practices.
• Supervise the Dental Assistant and Dental Hygienist and work as a team.
