About The Position

360care is seeking a General Dentist to provide dental care to residents of senior care communities, with a focus on geriatric and underserved populations. The role involves traveling to skilled nursing and long-term care facilities and delivering comprehensive dental care while making clinical decisions. The position is offered as a 1099 independent contractor role with flexible scheduling based on the provider’s availability and no evening or weekend work. 360care provides clinical equipment, a trained dental assistant, scheduling and billing, administrative and care coordination support, and mentorship from a Clinical Director.

Requirements

• Hold a DDS or DMD degree and be in good standing.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to connect with geriatric patients with empathy and compassion.
• Excellent attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Travel to skilled nursing and long-term care facilities.
• Provide comprehensive dental care, including preventative dentistry, removable prosthodontics, and oral surgery.
• Document procedures and treatment using the EMR system.
• Follow established standards, protocols, and practices.
• Supervise and work as a team with the Dental Assistant and Dental Hygienist.
