About The Position

Eastern Iowa Health Center (EIHC), a Federally Qualified Health Center, is seeking a Dentist dedicated to serving the needs of the community. EIHC provides accessible health care and promotes health equity, compassionate care, and equal treatment regardless of patients’ ability to pay. The Dentist works collaboratively with other dental professionals to deliver preventive and restorative care. The role provides routine and preventive examinations and screenings, routine extractions and fillings, and emergency services. The Dentist also enters patient information and completes required clinical documentation in the Dentrix EDR system. The position is described as full-time or temporary. The schedule is Monday through Thursday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and Friday, 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Compensation is based on work experience, education, certification, and other relevant factors. Requirements

DDS or DMD degree from an American Dental Association-accredited dental school.
Current license or eligibility for licensure in the State of Iowa.
Current DEA and CSA.
Basic Life Support.
