About The Position
Swish Dental is seeking a high-energy, fun Dentist to join its dentist-owned group practice and provide patients with a high-end experience. The practice sees PPO and fee-for-service patients and operates in brand-new, modern offices. The company aims to support the dentist’s growth and build a strong workplace culture. Compensation is a generous base guarantee or a percentage of collections, whichever is higher, with a stated salary range of $175,000 to $300,000 per year. The role is performed in a clinical studio environment that may be noisy and distracting. Work may involve sitting or standing for long periods, working more than 40 hours per week, exposure to infectious diseases, blood-borne pathogens, sharp objects, and harmful chemicals or gases, and handling physical tasks such as moving objects up to 50 pounds. The position may also involve operating machinery or power tools, repetitive hand and wrist motions, communicating to exchange information, assessing work for accuracy and thoroughness, and moving into different positions or confined spaces to complete tasks.
