About The Position
Provides and oversees direct dental diagnosis, treatment, procedures, and care for a specified patient population. This is a Locum Tenens on-call position. The organization proudly serves both rural and urban communities and is seeking candidates who are comfortable providing services across diverse settings. To support travel requirements, reimbursement is provided for travel time, mileage, per diem expenses (when applicable), and lodging accommodations in accordance with UNM policy and approved travel guidelines. Requirements
- Doctorate degree in Dental Surgery or Dental Medicine
- At least 1 year of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities, or enrollment in a Dental Residency Program
- Current Licensure from New Mexico Board of Dental Health Care
- CPR Certified
- Must pass a pre-employment criminal background check
- Must maintain certification status
Nice To Haves
- State of New Mexico and Federal DEA Certification are requirements for this position.
