About The Position

Smile Exchange of Springfield is hiring a General Dentist for an established, family-oriented practice focused on clinical excellence, teamwork, and patient trust. The practice offers a strong new-patient flow, a full clinical schedule, a PPO and fee-for-service patient base with no Medicaid, modern digital technology, and clinical autonomy supported by experienced leadership. The position offers a Doctor Development Plan, mentorship, and a path to partnership with no upfront cost.

The dentist will provide comprehensive general dentistry and help deliver an excellent patient experience. The practice supports clinical and professional growth through peer and mentor case reviews, development resources, continuing education, and a dedicated team for administrative work, billing, and scheduling. The practice is backed by Guardian Dentistry Partners and participates in annual team mission trips to the Dominican Republic.

Requirements

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental program.
• Active state dental license.
• DEA license.
• Competency in restorative procedures, simple and surgical extractions, crown and bridge work, and endodontics (root canals).
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative spirit.
• Commitment to delivering an exceptional patient experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive general dentistry, including restorative procedures, simple and surgical extractions, crown and bridge work, and root canals.
• Use iTero scanning as part of clinical care.
