About The Position

Dental Dreams is a dentist-owned practice that has been operating for over 20 years. The practice provides general dentistry in modern, top-quality facilities and serves communities with a focus on helping underserved populations. Dentists have autonomy over treatment planning, a full patient schedule, and mentorship and training from experienced clinicians. The office is fully digital and paperless, and dentists have discretion over dental supplies and instruments. The practice is hiring 2027 graduates.

Compensation includes a permanent daily minimum guarantee, an average compensation range of $275,000–$315,000+, and a sign-on bonus of up to $50,000. Benefits include paid vacation, continuing education, malpractice reimbursement, visa and permanent residency sponsorship, health and vision insurance, and dental coverage for associates and their immediate families.

Requirements

• A current or future dental license is required.
• DDS or DMD in Dentistry from an accredited U.S. dental program.

Responsibilities

• Provide general dentistry across the full range of dental care.
• Treat dental problems and deliver care to members of the communities served, including underserved populations.
• Develop treatment plans with complete clinical autonomy.
