About The Position
Dental Dreams is seeking a full-time general dentist to join an established practice. The opportunity is open to dentists ready to make an impact, and 2027 dental school graduates are also encouraged to apply. The practice describes itself as dentist-owned and doctor-led, and says it has been owned and operated by its founding dentist for more than 20 years. Dentists can treat a wide variety of general dentistry cases, build speed and clinical confidence, and receive mentorship from experienced clinicians. The role offers autonomy over treatment planning, a full patient schedule, and clinical and administrative support. The practice aims to expand access to quality dental care in communities that need it. Compensation includes a permanent daily minimum guarantee, an average full-time earnings range of $290,000–$350,000+, and a sign-on bonus of up to $50,000. Visa and permanent residency sponsorship are available.
