About The Position

This is a full-time General Dentist position with a minimum guaranteed salary of $200,000, serving a PPO & Fee-for-Service (FFS) patient base. The role offers mentorship, a clear Doctor Development Plan, and a path to partnership with no upfront cost. We are a busy, family-focused practice with strong patient loyalty, consistent new patient flow, and a full clinical schedule. We utilize state-of-the-art digital technology, including iTero scanners and 3D imaging. You will have clinical autonomy with support from experienced leadership in a team culture built on trust, compassion, and excellence. We also offer annual team mission trips to the Dominican Republic.
Requirements
- DDS or DMD from an accredited dental program
- Active State Dental License & DEA License
- Competency in comprehensive dentistry including: Restorative procedures, Extractions (simple and surgical), Crown & Bridge, Endodontics (Root Canals), iTero scanning
- Excellent communication skills & a collaborative spirit
- Committed to delivering an exceptional patient experience
Nice To Haves
- Implant placement experience is a plus, but not required
