About The Position

Nuvia Dental Implant Center is seeking an enthusiastic Prosthodontist or General Dentist to join its team as a Restorative Doctor in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. The role focuses on implant-supported full-arch fixed prosthetics and All-on-X restorative treatment. Restorative Doctors work with patients and other dental providers to plan and deliver prosthetic treatment, collaborating closely with surgeons and the in-house lab team. The position is five days per week, Monday through Friday, with a competitive base salary plus bonuses of $330,000–$500,000 annually and potential for growth. The role offers optimized chair time through efficient workflows, an expedited patient treatment course, and reduced prosthetic breakage. Providers work directly with dedicated in-house lab team members and can collaborate with Nuvia’s restorative provider network. The fee-for-service model enables upfront collections without waiting for insurance reimbursement, and the practice has no practice-management responsibilities, allowing doctors to focus on clinical care. The day-to-day work includes reviewing patient information and cone beam CT scans, diagnosing and treatment planning All-on-X cases, preparing preoperative prosthodontic plans, providing guidance during surgery, gathering records and creating lab prescriptions, delivering permanent restorations the day after surgery, and conducting follow-up appointments. The role requires balancing patient expectations with the digital and analog aspects of the All-on-X workflow while building strong relationships with patients and staff.
