Dentists perform all aspects of general dentistry and treat a wide variety of clinical cases. New graduates can develop their skills with guidance from experienced clinicians while maintaining complete autonomy over treatment planning. The role offers strong clinical and administrative support, continuing education, and the opportunity to expand access to care for underserved patients.

- Perform all aspects of general dentistry.
- Treat a wide variety of clinical cases.
- Plan patient treatment autonomously.
- Provide high-quality dental care to patients and communities, including underserved patients.
