360care is seeking a General Dentist to provide dental care to residents of senior care communities, with a focus on geriatric and underserved populations. The role is a 1099 independent contractor position with flexible scheduling; the dentist chooses available days, and visits are arranged around their availability. There are no evening or weekend shifts. Dentists make clinical decisions and receive administrative, logistical, equipment, and field support from 360care. The dentist travels to skilled nursing and long-term care facilities and provides comprehensive preventive dentistry, removable prosthodontic care, and oral surgery. The position includes documenting procedures and treatment in the EMR, following established standards and protocols, and supervising a Dental Assistant and Dental Hygienist as part of a care team. 360care provides a trained Dental Assistant, portable dental equipment and supplies, scheduling and billing, office and care coordination support, and mentorship from a Clinical Director. The equipment includes an Aseptico delivery system with high- and low-speed handpieces and suction, a handheld X-ray camera, a handheld digital sensor for imaging, standard surgical instruments, and polyvinyl impression materials.
