About The Position

A well-established, modern general dental practice in Raleigh, North Carolina, is seeking a full-time Associate Dentist to provide comprehensive dental care to children and young adults through age 20. The multi-dentist office has an experienced auxiliary staff and handles business operations so the dentist can focus on clinical excellence and patient care. The practice is in a newly updated, state-of-the-art facility and offers an established, busy patient base. The role offers a production-based compensation model and a full-time schedule of four to five days per week, with no administrative take-home work. The practice provides a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement options, and professional support. Experienced providers and new graduates are welcome; pediatric experience is preferred but not required, and training will be provided to the right candidate.

Requirements

Active North Carolina dental license.
DDS or DMD from an accredited program.
Strong clinical competencies.
Strong communication skills.
Commitment to compassionate, high-quality patient care.
Ability to work with children and young adults and provide a warm, friendly bedside manner.
Ability to manage a busy patient schedule in a fast-paced practice.
Ability to collaborate in a team-oriented setting.

Nice To Haves

Experience in general dentistry.

Responsibilities

Provide routine dental exams, restorative treatments, and hygiene checks for pediatric and young adult patients.
Review medical histories and clearly communicate treatment plans with patients and their guardians.
Maintain accurate, up-to-date patient chart notes and digital records.
Collaborate with fellow dentists and clinical staff to provide a seamless, high-quality patient experience.
