About The Position
Our client is hiring a Dentist NOW to join an established, community-focused dental practice in Sioux Center, Iowa. This opportunity offers great compensation, modern technology, strong benefits, and a practice with tremendous patient demand. The practice serves over 2,000 patients annually with approximately 900 patients currently on a wait list, seeing about 28 patients per day. The dental team is established and works in modern operatories with advanced sterilization and lab facilities.
Requirements
- DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
- Eligible for Iowa dental licensure
- 1+ year clinical experience preferred
- Spanish/English bilingual preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Passion for serving underserved and low-income populations
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive dental care including: Exams, diagnosis & treatment planning
- Preventive dentistry
- Fillings & restorations
- Crowns
- Extractions
- Basic endodontics
- Removable prosthodontics
- Pediatric, geriatric & special-needs dentistry
- Urgent/emergency dental care
- Oral cancer screenings
- Fluoride, sealants & SDF
- Patient education and specialty referrals
