About The Position
Blue Jay Dental is assisting an established dental office in Storm Lake, Iowa, in finding a full-time general dentist. This role offers an existing patient base, an experienced team, and operational/administrative support, allowing the dentist to focus on patient care. The current dentist is transitioning away from clinical practice, making this a crucial hire for the office. The practice features 7 treatment operatories, digital X-rays, paperless systems, Denticon software, and a support staff including Registered Dental Hygienists, Certified Dental Assistants, and Front Office Coordinators. Patient care is primarily scheduled Monday through Thursday, with occasional Fridays. This opportunity provides clinical independence, a chance to build long-term community relationships, strong earning potential, and a favorable work-life balance. Both experienced dentists and new graduates are encouraged to apply.
Requirements
- DDS or DMD degree
- Current Iowa dental license or ability to obtain one
- Strong communication skills
