Dentists perform all aspects of general dentistry and treat a wide variety of clinical cases, with access to experienced clinicians for guidance and mentorship while retaining autonomy over treatment planning.

The role offers the opportunity to build clinical experience and make an impact through care for the communities served, including expanding access to care for underserved patients. Compensation includes a permanent daily minimum guarantee, an average full-time compensation range of $290,000–$350,000+, strong earning potential with established patient flow, and a sign-on bonus of up to $50,000.
